About the Foster Grandparent Program WMC

		About Us and Our Project
		Serving West Maricopa County, Arizona in the cities of Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Avondale, Tolleson, Goodyear, El Mirage and Buckeye.
		The Foster Grandparent Program offers income eligible seniors, age 60 and older, the chance to make a difference n the life of a child.
		Foster Grandparent volunteers provide love, encouragement and companionship to children with special needs.
		Volunteers serve as caregivers, tutors, and mentors at Head Start centers, schools, summer and after-school programs.
