Project Linus is a 100% volunteer non-profit
organization with a two-fold mission. First, it is our mission
to provide love, a sense of security, warmth, and comfort to
children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need
through the gifts of new, handmade blankets and afghans, lovingly
created by volunteer "blanketeers". Second, it is our mission
to provide a rewarding and fun service opportunity for interested
individuals and groups in our local community, for the benefit of
children.
Anyone, any age, can help these children. It's
within your power to make a difference.
A: Become a "Blanketeer!" Make a
blanket and donate it to your local chapter of Project Linus.
It will then be given to a deserving child, permanently.
Q: What type of blankets does Project Linus accept?
A: We welcome all types of
blankets. . . crocheted, knitted, quilted, fleece . . . you don't
have to be an expert! Blankets must be NEW, HANDMADE and
WASHABLE.

contact the local chapter for specific size needs.
